TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: April 17, 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Michael Thomas Juranek, trading as "AI for Enablement" ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of aiforenablement.com and the AI for Enablement membership service (the "Service").

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you are using the Service as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. The Service

AI for Enablement provides templates, prompts, workflows, playbooks, and other educational resources for sales enablement professionals using AI. Some resources are free; others require an active paid membership.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must not misuse the Service. You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • send spam or unsolicited communications;
  • infringe intellectual property or other rights of any party;
  • interfere with the Service's security, integrity, or availability (including malware, probing, scraping, or bypassing technical limits);
  • resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its content;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code.

5. Payments, subscriptions, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by visiting paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; you retain access until then.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for details. In short: a 30-day money-back guarantee, processed by Paddle.

7. Licence and IP

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service and its content for your own internal business or personal use during your active membership. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, content, branding, and documentation.

Any content you submit (e.g., profile information) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

8. Service availability and warranties

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Paddle for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, revenue, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; we may delete your account data after a reasonable period.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Michael Thomas Juranek is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under your local law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
