REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your AI for Enablement membership. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@aiforenablement.com and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.
Once approved, refunds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After 30 days
After the 30-day window, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and you will not be charged again, but the current billing period is non-refundable. For annual subscriptions outside the 30-day window, please contact us — we review requests on a case-by-case basis.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
